Who am I?

Originally from Dijon, I divide my time between Vincennes and La Rochelle. Coming from a family of artists, I have been surrounded by music and pictorial art since my early childhood. Dreamy, airheaded, and contemplative of the beauty of nature, I have been passionate about oil painting for 20 years. Nature and abstraction have always guided me. The supports for my inspiration are often photographs that I was able to take myself by chance during a walk. After a period exclusively focused on pictorial research around trees, I became interested in the five elements, first moving water, then air, the cosmos, finally ice and then fire. Today, I am once again exploring the riches that tree bark offers us. My meeting with Pierre Yves Gianini, a contemporary painter from Nogent (1945-2019), marked a turning point in my art, evolving towards more movement, light and colour.
