My passion for nature and more particularly for trees and barks led me inevitably into the woods, forests and even the surrounding lakes. The contemplation of water, its movements and its reflections led me first to capture these moments by taking pictures, then to represent them on canvas in games of shapes and colors. In winter, the water of these same lakes becomes ice and these sculptural forms with their cold and silent beauty invite meditation.
